Bemka Emaye Bobin Teli ve Kablo Sanayii A.Ş. has been established with the synergy of 4 leading enamelled copper wire producer companies of Turkey namely Emsan, Kavi, Botel and Bektaş. Bemka A.S has become one of the most important enamelled copper wire producers in Europe with its production capacity of 27.000 ton/year. Bemka A.S. has been supplying about 50% of total enamelled magnet wire consumption of Turkish domestic market and also exporting its products to countries such as Germany, Italy, Great Britain, France, Denmark, Austria, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Croatia, Macedonia, Hungary, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Turk Republics, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, South Africa, Nigeria, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Syria, India and Singapore.
Bemka A.S manufactures in two plants, one is located in Sefakoy at the European side of Istanbul and the other one is located in Gebze at Anatolian part of Istanbul. Currently, new investment projects are in progress to centralize the production.
Bemka A.S. has been re-organized to strengthen it's position within the international context and to keep up pace with the high technology production. To that extend, Bemka A.S has been adapted its structure to the computer aided management system that is monitoring and controlling from production to the stock, from sales to the financial management in the fully automatic network system environment.
Our enamelled magnet wire production range is between 0,03 mm - 5,00 mm for round copper wire, up to 100 mm² for rectangular copper wire and between 0,80 mm - 4,50 mm for round aluminum wire. The wire is produced and controlled according to the international standards such as IEC, NEMA, JIS and BS. Besides this, production of Bemka A.S. is flexible on production of the material according to customer special specification. The output is fully and continuously controlled and tracked integrally during the production process. As a result of this, the homogenous quality is always assured.
Bemka A.S. efforts to reach the highest quality production is approved by ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949 Certificates and its products have UL (Underwriters Laboraties Inc.) and RoHS certifications.
